Assam CM Reviews Key Infrastructure Projects in Diphu, Guwahati, and Dibrugarh
Guwahati: In a continued effort to enhance Assam’s infrastructure, Chief Minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma assessed the status of key projects on Thursday. The review included the Veterinary College in Diphu, Agriculture College in Diphu, Nehru Stadium in Guwahati, and a 350-seat auditorium in Dibrugarh.
The Chief Minister emphasized the timely completion of these projects to ensure they meet public expectations and needs. He provided clear directives to officials, highlighting the importance of delivering high-quality results.
The Veterinary College and Agriculture College in Diphu are expected to strengthen education and research in the region. Meanwhile, Nehru Stadium in Guwahati is undergoing upgrades to provide world-class facilities for sports enthusiasts. The 350-seat auditorium in Dibrugarh is set to become a cultural and social hub for the area.
Dr. Sarma reiterated the state government’s commitment to infrastructure growth and public welfare. He urged all departments to work efficiently, ensuring the projects serve the people effectively.
