Kachua Police Conduct Night Raid on Gambling Activities in Madhabpahar Hills
Kachua, April 02, 2024: In a proactive move against illicit gambling activities, the Kachua Police initiated a nocturnal raid within the jurisdiction of Madhabpahar hills under the purview of the Kachua Police Station. As a result of the operation, four individuals suspected of involvement in gambling were apprehended.
The detainees have been identified as Faizul Islam hailing from Jurirpar, Imdadul Hussain from Alitangni, and Baharul Islam, along with Mastofa Alam from Rajagaon respectively. The decisive action by law enforcement led to the confiscation of Rs 7000 in cash, along with paraphernalia associated with the gambling enterprise.

The Kachua Police, committed to upholding law and order, swiftly moved to arrest the alleged perpetrators. Presently, the investigation into the matter is ongoing, with authorities diligently working to uncover the full extent of the illegal gambling network.
