Fatal Collision Claims Four Lives on National Highway 17: Tragic Accident in Gauripur, Dhubri
Dhubri, April 16, 2024: A devastating incident occurred in Gauripur, Dhubri, late last night, resulting in the loss of four lives. The fatal accident happened when a four-wheeled vehicle collided with a large tree on National Highway 17.
Among the deceased was a young woman, whose identity remains unknown. The driver, identified as Sahil Ahmed, was accompanied by passengers Shahid Khandkar and Noor Amin.
The unfortunate event unfolded during the late hours of the night as the vehicle, traveling from Bongaigaon to Dhubri, veered out of control and crashed into the tree, claiming the lives of all four occupants.
Following the accident, authorities retrieved the bodies from the scene and transported them to the Dhubri Medical College & Hospital for further procedures and identification.
