Assam Class 10 Results 2024: Top Scorers Revealed, Anurag Doloi Leads with 593 Marks
Guwahati, April 20, 2024: The Secondary Education Board of Assam (SEBA) has officially announced the results of the class 10 examinations held from February 16 to March 04, 2024. Out of a total of 4,25,966 candidates who applied, 4,19,078 appeared for the exams, comprising 1,87,904 males, 2,31,164 females, and 10 transgender candidates.
This year, the pass percentage stands at 75.7%, with 6,392 students securing distinction and 20,552 achieving star marks. A total of 1,05,873 students scored in the first division, followed by 1,50,764 in the second division and 60,680 in the third division.
Among the top performers, Anurag Doloi of Pragya Academy Senior Secondary School, Jorhat, secured the first position with 593 marks, followed by Jharna Saikia of Shankardev Sishu Vidya Niketan, Chariali, Biswanath, in the second position with 590 marks. Manash Pratim Saikia of Island Academy, Kamalabari, Majuli, secured the third position with 588 marks. Bedanta Choudhury of Stella Maris School, Sarupeta, Barpeta, and Devashree Kashyap of Ramanujan Senior Secondary School, Nagaon, both secured the fourth and fifth positions, respectively, with 588 marks each.
