APSC Announces Schedule for Combined Competitive (Main) Examination
Guwahati, May 21, 2024: The Assam Public Service Commission (APSC) has officially announced the schedule for the Combined Competitive (Main) Examination 2023. The exam will take place on July 26, 27, and 28, 2024. The candidate lists, including Roll Numbers and e-Admission Certificates, will be available on the APSC website (www.apsc.nic.in) by July 3 and July 5, respectively. Importantly, no e-Admission Certificates will be sent via post.
Applicants must have passed the Preliminary Exam and hold a degree from a recognized university. Additionally, they must be proficient in Assamese or any other official language of Assam and be registered with a District Employment Office in Assam.
The Main Examination consists of six papers, totaling 1500 marks, and includes both descriptive and objective-type questions. Earlier, on May 9, 2024, the APSC announced the results of the Preliminary Exam on its official website. The pdf of the APSC CCE Prelims Result 2024 was accessible online. Only candidates who qualified in the Preliminary Exam are eligible to participate in the Main Exam.
