Assam Cabinet Proposes Renaming of Rupsi Airport to Honor Gurudev Kalicharan Brahma
Guwahati, August 01, 2024: The Assam Cabinet has taken a significant step to honor the contributions of Gurudev Kalicharan Brahma by proposing the renaming of Rupsi Airport. The airport will be renamed as Gurudev Kalicharan Brahma Airport, reflecting the Cabinet’s recognition of Brahma’s seminal role in advancing the Bodo society.
