Assam Cabinet Approves Measures to Enhance Teacher Availability in Schools
Guwahati, August 10, 2024: In a significant move aimed at enhancing the quality of education in Assam, the state Cabinet has approved key amendments to the Assam Secondary Education (Provincialised Schools) Service (Third Amendment) Rules, 2024, and the Assam Secondary Education (Government Schools) Service (Third Amendment) Rules, 2024. These amendments are intended to streamline the availability of teachers across the state’s secondary schools, particularly focusing on the recruitment of Graduate Teachers in Mathematics.
