Assam Govt Nurtures Bright Minds, Sends 5 Students to Cambridge University Under ‘Bigyan Pratibha Sandhan’
Guwahati, September 23, 2024: The Assam Government is committed to nurturing bright scientific minds, providing them with the right opportunities to shine. Under the flagship program ‘Bigyan Pratibha Sandhan,’ five talented students from Assam are embarking on a fully sponsored educational trip to the prestigious Cambridge University in the United Kingdom.
These students, selected for their exceptional academic potential in science, are entering the third phase of the program. They are Jahnabi Priya Nath from Darrang, Kongkon Borah from Dibrugarh, Lakshya Kalita from Majuli, Manjay Nandi from Nagaon, and Nikita Neog from Golaghat. This initiative aims to provide global exposure, nurturing the state’s scientific talent.
The Chief Minister’s Bigyan Pratibha Sandhan initiative strives to inspire, educate, and guide Assam’s youth in scientific pursuits. By sending them to renowned institutions like Cambridge, the Assam Government ensures they gain invaluable knowledge, experience, and inspiration.
