Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC) Set to Declare HS Exam Results 2024
Guwahati, May 09, 2024: Today, the Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC) is poised to unveil the results of the Higher Secondary (HS) exams for the year 2024 at 9 AM. Students can access their Assam Higher Secondary 12th results promptly at 9 am on the official websites ahsec.assam.gov.in and resultsassam.nic.in. By inputting their roll number and date of birth, students can effortlessly download their mark sheets online.
This year witnessed a significant participation, with a staggering 2,80,216 students appearing for the AHSEC 12th Exams. Among them, 1,39,486 are boys and 1,42,732 are girls. The distribution across streams reflects a diverse academic landscape, with 54,287 students from the Science stream, 2,06,467 from Arts, and 17,582 from Commerce.
During a press conference, the Education Minister is expected to divulge vital information including toppers, result statistics, pass percentages, and district-wise performance. In the event of the official website experiencing technical glitches, students can resort to alternative platforms such as results.shiksha and indiaresults.com. Additionally, the results will be available on the ‘Upolobdha’ Mobile App, which students are advised to download in advance.
To access the results, students are directed to visit the official website of the Assam Higher Secondary Educational Council at ahsec.assam.gov.in and resultsassam.nic.in. On the homepage, locate the ‘HS result 2024 link’ and proceed by entering the AHSEC roll number as stated on the admit card. Upon clicking on ‘view results,’ students can review their mark sheets, and are encouraged to download and print them for future reference.
The HS exams conducted by the Assam Board took place in a single shift between February 12 and March 13, 2024, witnessing an overwhelming participation of over 2.8 Lakh candidates. Students can anticipate receiving their original mark sheets from their respective schools and colleges by June.
