– Shri Kalyan Barman, a committed Physical Instructor at the Nalbari District Sports Office.
– Shri Anup Konwar, a proficient Weightlifting Coach from the Sivasagar District Sports Office.
– Shri Uttam Handique, an athletics coach from the Tinsukia District Sports Office.
