Tragic Loss: BJP MP Rajveer Diler Passes Away, Leaving a Void in Hathras
Desk Report, April 25, 2024: Rajveer Diler, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Member of Parliament representing Hathras, Uttar Pradesh, tragically passed away on April 24th due to a heart attack. Diler, who emerged victorious in the Lok Sabha elections of 2019, was notably absent from the list of candidates fielded by the BJP for the 2024 Lok Sabha elections.
Prior to his tenure in the Lok Sabha, Diler served as a representative in the Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly, having been elected from Iglas in 2017. Subsequently, he transitioned to national politics by winning a seat in the Lok Sabha, necessitating his resignation from the MLA position.
