Dhubri, February 15, 2024: On the midnight of February 14, vigilant residents of Aironjongla Part III in Dhubri apprehended Montaz Ali, a notorious drug peddler. Swiftly mobilizing, the community handed Ali over to local authorities after a confrontation.
Montaz Ali, residing in Aironjongla Part III under Bazar Town Police Out Post, fell into the hands of the determined locals. In addition to his capture, they discovered and surrendered various containers and intoxicating tablets seized from Ali.

Expressing concern about the escalating drug issue, the community calls upon the Dhubri police administration for strict action against Montaz Ali. Locals are demanding a thorough investigation and severe punishment for the detained drug peddler.
