Himanta Biswa Sarma Checks on Akhil Gogoi’s Health at GMCH

Guwahati, September 01, 2024: Assam Chief Minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma paid a visit to Sibsagar MLA Akhil Gogoi at Guwahati Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) today. The visit was made to assess the health condition of the MLA, who is currently undergoing treatment at the hospital.

During his visit, the Chief Minister instructed the hospital authorities to take all necessary measures to ensure that Gogoi receives timely and appropriate medical care. His concern for the MLA’s well-being was evident as he personally reviewed the care being provided.

In addition to his directives to the medical staff, Dr. Sarma extended his best wishes to Akhil Gogoi for a swift recovery.
