Special Leave Granted to Assam Govt Employees for Sahitya Sabha Session
Guwahati: The Assam Government has issued a notification granting special casual leave to employees participating in the Assam Sahitya Sabha’s upcoming session. The leave is applicable from January 31, 2025, to February 4, 2025, for those attending the session in Pathshala, Bajali district.
According to the General Administration Department (GAD), the leave is subject to employees completing their official work before attending. Delegates involved in ongoing projects like PRI elections or other flagship programs must seek prior permission from the concerned authorities before availing of this leave.
This decision, approved by the competent authority, aims to facilitate the active participation of government employees in one of the most significant cultural and literary events in Assam.
The Government of Assam has approved special casual leave from 31st January to 4th February 2025 for eligible employees to attend the Assam Sahitya Sabha session in Pathshala, Bajali.
