Special Task Force Seizes Suspected Heroin and Stolen Goods in Dispur Raid
Guwahati, May 21, 2024: Acting on a tip-off, a Special Task Force led by Inspector Kapil Pathak conducted a raid at Garam Bazar under the jurisdiction of the Dispur Police Station. The operation resulted in the apprehension of two individuals and the seizure of significant quantities of suspected illicit substances and stolen property.
During the raid, the team seized 29 vials containing approximately 42 grams of suspected heroin. In addition, the officers recovered five mobile handsets, believed to be stolen, along with various other incriminating articles.
