Narcotics Seized at Digorkhal Toll Plaza: Mukleh Uddin of Jania Apprehended
Silchar, March 27, 2024: In a significant development on the night of March 26, Mukleh Uddin, a resident of Jania in Barpeta District, has been apprehended at the Digorkhal Toll Plaza following actionable intelligence. Upon inspection of his vehicle, bearing Registration Number AS 01 DR 9751, authorities discovered five cases of soap suspected to contain brown sugar, weighing approximately 67 grams. The contraband was cleverly concealed within secret chambers of the vehicle.
Cachar Police wasted no time in seizing the narcotics and effecting the immediate arrest of the accused. Mukleh Uddin now faces legal proceedings as further actions are being initiated against him.
